Check-in
Your room will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, rooms should be vacated by 11:00 AM.
Half Board
Vegetarian menus are included in the price if requested in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer half-board menus for guests with food intolerances. In this case, guests may order from the à la carte menu.
Short-notice changes to menu requests will be charged additionally.
Money
To spare you from carrying large amounts of cash during your holiday, we have set up a guest account for you. You may transfer any amount to account no. CH27 0077 4010 4777 3210 0 at GKB Scuol. The amount will be available to you at the reception desk at any time.
Payment at the Hotel
You may pay in Swiss Francs or Euros, as well as with Swiss Postcard, EC Direct, Maestro, Visa, or Mastercard. Advance payment to the above-mentioned GKB account is also possible.
Arrival by Car
There are sufficient parking spaces available opposite the hotel at a rate of CHF 5.00 per day.
Arrival by Train
You may send your luggage directly to the hotel. Please make sure that your train station includes the note “Domizil.”

Cancellation Policy
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full room price will be charged in all cases.
Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of the confirmation, your room is considered definitively reserved.
To guarantee the booking, please provide us with your credit card details.
