The healthy mountain air of the Swiss Alps will give you an appetite for fine wining and dining. Marco de Gennaro – Hotelier and Head Chef – will treat you to something different each day in our restaurant with Grisons specialities, typical Swiss cuisine and international classics.

A highlight in the restaurant is our weekly gourmet dinner menu, accompanied by fine wines from our extensive Wine Cellar.

We also offer meatless menus for our half-board guests.
We cannot offer half-board menus for guests with intolerances. It is possible to order à la carte

Specialities to Finish

Round off the evening with a strong espresso and digestif - from the large choice of grappa, brandies and other spirits in the lounge bar. Incidentally, we also serve home-made cakes and refreshing aperitifs here during the day.

Our Terrace

Our à la carte restaurant also has a quiet sun terrace seating 40 people with views of the Engadine Mountains. The perfect place for celebrations or small functions in summer. Enjoy a get-together with delicious food and a glass of wine from our wine cellar.
